Fidarium · Questions
What you need to know.
Is any of it in use today?
The Fidarium documents and the manual Flow process are in daily internal use at AI LABS, for every change we make. The Fidarium Platform (the application) and the Flow automation are in development; we do not present them as available.
Does the AI gap review store what I type?
This site does not store your description or the result. When you submit, the description is sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to an OpenAI model for processing, and the AI service may keep request logs. Use fictional, synthetic information only.
What does AI LABS do?
We make Fidarium. Govern sets the rules for what AI may do; Flow takes every change from an AI conversation, through Azure DevOps and a change request authorised by a person, to the build, with evidence at every step. We use Fidarium to deliver Metaskill: governed micro-apps inside Microsoft 365.
What is Fidarium Flow?
Fidarium Flow governs how every change is made. An idea raised in a Claude or Microsoft 365 Copilot conversation becomes an Azure DevOps work item with acceptance criteria, a change request authorised by a person, a build on Lovable or Microsoft 365, code in Git, and evidence recorded on the work item and in the register.
Does Fidarium make us compliant?
No. It helps you prepare for compliance and demonstrate your work. This site does not constitute legal or regulatory advice.
Is it aligned with ISO/IEC 42001?
Yes. Every document is mapped to the relevant ISO/IEC 42001 clauses and Annex A controls. Certification is carried out by an accredited certification body.
What is the Proximity Method?
Three numbers from 0 to 3 show how close each AI capability stands to human oversight, to its governing document and to decisions about people.
Read the methodDo we need Microsoft 365?
Not for the Toolkit. Fidarium for Microsoft 365, which installs the Toolkit in your tenant, does require it.
Can we edit the documents?
Yes. They come in Word and become your organisation's own once adopted.
Who writes the documents in our organisation?
One person, the AI Governance Lead, writes all of them. Each owner decides and confirms the content of their documents, and a different role approves them: the Executive sponsor for AI owns the policy and approves standards, and the Head of AI approves procedures, templates and forms. In Fidarium Readiness, AI LABS acts as your AI Governance Lead; your people own and approve.
How do updates work?
Twelve months of updates are included, each listed in a dated change log.
Who is behind Fidarium?
AI LABS, the trading name of FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED, registered in England and Wales.
