Licensor and ownership

FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED, company number 17386840, registered in England and Wales. Fidarium is licensed, not sold; copyright remains with the licensor. Sold to business customers only.

Licence types

  • Toolkit: one organisation.
  • Group: the buyer and named affiliates.
  • Partner: consultancy use, with one client licence per client.

You may

  • Use the documents within your organisation, with no limit on users.
  • Adapt, rename and rebrand as your own controlled documents.
  • Keep your adaptations.
  • Use with your own internal AI tools.

You may not

  • Resell, sublicense, share or publish them outside your organisation.
  • Deliver services to third parties without a Partner licence.
  • Build, train or fine-tune a product or AI model offered to others.
  • Present Fidarium or the Proximity Method as your own work.

Term and updates

You may use the version you bought indefinitely. Updates are included for 12 months; annual renewal is optional thereafter. The licence ends only on a material breach that is not remedied within 30 days. Every licensed copy carries a unique licence ID.
